Steps to redeem Online:

• Go to BestBuy.com.
• Add items to your cart.
• Proceed to checkout.
• Under “Payment Method,” select “Gift Card.”
• Enter the gift card number and PIN.
• Click “Apply.”
• Review your order and click “Place Your Order.”

Steps to redeem In-store:

• Bring your gift voucher to any Best Buy store.
• At checkout, tell the cashier that you want to redeem your gift voucher.
• The cashier will scan the gift voucher and apply it to your purchase.
• If your gift card balance doesn’t cover the total cost of your order, you can pay the remaining balance with another form of payment.

• Best Buy gift vouchers are redeemable in any U.S. Best Buy retail location or online at BestBuy.com where available for merchandise or services, excluding Best Buy and third-party gift cards.
• There is no expiration date or fees associated with Best Buy gift vouchers.
• Best Buy gift vouchers are not redeemable or returnable for cash.
• Best Buy gift vouchers are not credit or debit cards and are not valid as payment on a Best Buy Credit Card.
• To check the balance on a Best Buy gift voucher, you can visit any U.S. Best Buy retail location, go online to BestBuy.com, or call 1-888-716-7994. You must have the card number available.
• Best Buy will replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards only with valid proof of purchase to the extent of the remaining card balance. If an e-gift card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and the sole liability of Best Buy, shall be the replacement of such e-gift card.
• You can redeem up to 15 gift cards per transaction in store and 10 gift cards per transaction at BestBuy.com.
• Best Buy limits the maximum value of each gift card to $500 and uses commercially reasonable efforts (or good faith efforts) to limit the daily card values sold, per person, to $2,000.
