• Visit any Bloomin’ Brands restaurant in the USA, including Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Outback and Carrabba’s Express, and Aussie Grill.
• Present your gift voucher to your server or cashier.
• Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

Online:

• Visit the website of the Bloomin’ Brands restaurant where you would like to redeem your gift voucher.
• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Select “Pay Online” as your payment method.
• Select “Add New Gift Card” and enter your gift voucher code and PIN.
• Click “Add Card” to apply your gift card balance to your order total.

• Redemption and Use: Bloomin’ Brands gift cards are redeemable at all Bloomin’ Brands locations in the United States, including Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Outback and Carrabba’s Express, and Aussie Grill. They are also redeemable online at each brand website that offers online orders (Outback.com, Carrabbas.com, Bonefishgrill.com, Flemings.com, and AussieGrill.com).
• Exclusions: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for alcoholic beverages at Outback Steakhouse or Aussie Grill, or for cigars or tobacco products at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. They also cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Cards: Lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Bloomin’ Brands is not responsible if your gift card is used without your permission.
• Fees: There are no activation, reload, or dormancy fees associated with Bloomin’ Brands gift cards. However, sales tax may apply when the gift card is redeemed.
• Expiration: Bloomin’ Brands gift cards do not expire.
• Balance Check: You can check the balance of your gift card online at any Bloomin’ Brands website, or by calling Bloomin’ Brands Customer Service at 1-888-731-2610.
• Returns and Refunds: Bloomin’ Brands gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Bloomin’ Brands reserves the right to modify or discontinue its gift card program at any time without notice.
