In-store:

• Present your gift voucher to the cashier at checkout.
• The cashier will scan your gift voucher and apply the balance towards your purchase.
• Any remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt.

Online:

• Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping bag.
• Proceed to checkout and select “Gift card” as your payment method.
• Enter your gift voucher number and PIN code in the pop-up screen.
• Click “Add” to apply the gift card towards your purchase.
• You can use a gift card to pay for your entire order online, or combine it with all other payment methods.

• H&M Gift Vouchers are redeemable for merchandise at any H&M store in the United States.
• Gift Vouchers can be used for full or partial payments.
• Any remaining balance on a Gift Voucher will be displayed on your receipt.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
• Gift Vouchers are not valid for mail order, direct or internet purchases.
• H&M is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or the unauthorized use of Gift Vouchers.
• Gift Vouchers have no expiration date.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or merchandise.
