To redeem an eGift Voucher online:
- Go to Lowes.com and add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and select “eGift Voucher” as your payment method.
- Enter the eGift Voucher number and PIN in the appropriate fields.
- Click “Redeem” and your eGift Voucher balance will be applied to your order total.
To redeem an eGift Voucher in-store:
- Bring your eGift Voucher to any Lowe’s location in the United States.
- Present your eGift Voucher to the cashier at checkout.
- The cashier will scan your eGift Voucher and apply the balance to your purchase.
- Purchase: Lowe’s eGift Vouchers can be purchased online at Lowes.com or in-store at any Lowe’s location in the United States.
- Delivery: Lowe’s eGift Vouchers are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address or phone number.
- Redemption: Lowe’s eGift Vouchers can be redeemed online at Lowes.com or in-store at any Lowe’s location in the United States.
- Expiration: Lowe’s eGift Vouchers do not expire.
- Balance: Lowe’s eGift Vouchers can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is depleted.
- Returns and refunds: Lowe’s eGift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Lost or stolen gift cards: Lost or stolen Lowe’s eGift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
- Lowe’s eGift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Lowe’s Gift Cards.
- Lowe’s eGift Vouchers cannot be used to repay Lowe’s credit accounts.
- Lowe’s eGift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
- Lowe’s eGift Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
- Lowe’s is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Vouchers. If you lose or have your eGift Voucher stolen, please contact Lowe’s Customer Service immediately at 1-800-445-6937.
