• The cashier will scan your gift voucher and apply the balance to your purchase.
• If your purchase exceeds the balance of your gift voucher, you will need to pay the difference using another form of payment.

• Activation Required: Your gift card must be activated by a Pep Boys associate before it holds any value.
• Usage: The gift card can be used to pay for merchandise and services at any Pep Boys location. It is strictly redeemable for merchandise and services only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for credit card payments, except where required by law.
• Treat with Care: Please treat this card like cash, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any alteration or defacement of the card will render it void.
• No Expiration: Pep Boys’ gift cards do not have expiration dates and will not expire. There are no dormancy, inactivity, or service fees associated with these gift cards.
• Balance Check: To check the balance of your Pep Boys Gift Card, you can inquire with one of our store associates or call 1-800-PEP-BOYS (737-2697).
• Arbitration Agreement: In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the Pep Boys Gift Card, both you and Pep Boys agree that such matters will be resolved through the arbitration process. This means that you are waiving the right to a jury trial or a trial before a judge in a public court. The exception to this waiver is that you and Pep Boys retain the right to pursue disputes in small claims court within that court’s jurisdiction. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class or collective action.
