In-store:

• Go to your local PetSmart store.
• When you’re ready to pay, give your gift voucher to the cashier.
• The cashier will scan your gift voucher and apply the balance to your purchase.
• If your gift voucher doesn’t cover the full amount of your purchase, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance with another form of payment.

Online:

• Go to the PetSmart website and add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
• When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
• Enter your shipping and billing information.
• In the “Payment Details” section, enter your gift voucher number and PIN.
• Click “Review Order” and then “Place Order.”

• Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at PetSmart retail locations in the United States and online at petsmart.com.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards can be used to purchase merchandise, services, and gift cards at PetSmart.
• Gift cards do not expire and have no fees.
• A maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed per order.
• Gift cards are not valid on auto ship orders.
• Purchases of gift cards are not eligible for Treats points.
• Merchandise Return cards are valid in-store only and cannot be used to purchase items online.
• The maximum value that can be associated with any one gift card is five hundred dollars ($500.00).
• Total purchases of gift cards for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day.
• Gift cards cannot be resold or transferred for value.
• Gift cards are void if resold or transferred for value.
• Gift cards are issued by PetSmart, LLC.
• Gift cards are the property of PetSmart, LLC and may be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• PetSmart, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
• PetSmart is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
