In-store:
- Present your gift voucher to the cashier at checkout.
- The cashier will scan the gift voucher and apply the balance to your purchase.
- If your purchase is more than the value of the gift voucher, you will need to pay the difference with another payment method.
Online:
- Go to the Swarovski website: https://www.swarovski.com/
- Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping bag.
- Proceed to checkout and select “Gift card” as your payment method.
- Enter your gift voucher code and click “Apply.”
- Complete your purchase.
- Swarovski gift cards can be purchased at participating Swarovski stores, the Swarovski website, and authorized third-party retailers.
- Swarovski gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise purchases at participating Swarovski stores and the Swarovski website in the United States. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law, or used to purchase another gift card.
- Swarovski gift cards do not expire.
- Swarovski is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. However, the unused value of a lost or stolen card can be replaced if the card is registered and proof of purchase is provided.
- The resale of Swarovski gift cards is strictly prohibited.
- Swarovski reserves the right to modify or discontinue its gift card program at any time without notice.
- Swarovski is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a gift card.
