• Uber Cash refers to a prepaid amount or bonus value for use on Uber or Postmates accounts, excluding earnings from providing services on these platforms.
• An active and valid Uber or Postmates account is necessary to obtain and redeem Uber Cash, subject to Uber’s Terms of Use.
• Uber Cash is redeemable via Uber, Uber Eats, or Postmates apps within the U.S. where these services are available, excluding certain features like family profiles, campus cards, or scheduled rides.
• A secondary payment method may be required, with Uber Cash set as the default payment method.
• Uber Cash via Gift Cards doesn’t expire, but promotional Uber Cash may have an expiration date.
• An auto-refill option is available to automatically replenish Uber Cash when the balance falls below $10, with charges being non-refundable.
• Uber Cash is non-refundable and non-transferable, with TCS and Uber not liable for unauthorized use.
• Both Uber and TCS reserve the right to alter the terms of the Agreement or suspend/void Uber Cash under suspicious or unlawful activities.
• Changes to the Agreement may be made without notice, and continued use of Uber Cash post-modification signifies acceptance of the new terms.
