• Expiration: Ulta Beauty gift vouchers do not expire and have no fees associated with them.
• Limitations: Ulta Beauty gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by applicable law. They cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
• Loss or Theft: Ulta Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. However, if you have proof of purchase, Ulta Beauty may be able to replace your gift voucher.
• Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per online or mobile application order.
• The value of your order amount plus any sales tax, shipping & handling fees, and any other charges will be automatically deducted from the available balance on the gift voucher.
