To redeem online:

• Go to the DSW website and add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
• Proceed to checkout and enter your gift card number and PIN in the “Gift Card” section.
• Click “Apply” and your gift card balance will be applied to your purchase.
• Review your order and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

To redeem in-store:

• Bring your gift card to the DSW store where you want to redeem it.
• Present your gift card to the cashier at checkout.
• The cashier will scan your gift card and apply the balance to your purchase.
• Pay any remaining balance due and collect your purchase.
