To redeem in stores:

• Bring your gift card to a Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, or Athleta store.
• Present your gift card to the cashier at checkout.
• The cashier will scan your gift card and apply the balance to your purchase.

To redeem online:

• Go to gap.com, oldnavy.com, bananarepublic.com, or athleta.com.
• Add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
• Under “Payment Method,” select “Add Gift Card.”
• Enter your gift card number and PIN, then click “Apply.”
• Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total
