In-store:

• Go to your local PetSmart store.
• When you’re ready to pay, give your gift voucher to the cashier.
• The cashier will scan your gift voucher and apply the balance to your purchase.
• If your gift voucher doesn’t cover the full amount of your purchase, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance with another form of payment.

Online:

• Go to the PetSmart website and add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
• When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
• Enter your shipping and billing information.
• In the “Payment Details” section, enter your gift voucher number and PIN.
• Click “Review Order” and then “Place Order.”
